Welcome to the Heather Hataley Fiction Substack!
I’m Heather, an independent fiction author from Saskatoon, SK, Canada. As of 2024, I’ve published two dystopian novels, but I have ideas for children’s books, contemporary fiction, and more! The indie publishing world is pretty wondrous. Because I have full control over my writing and my works, I can explore different avenues of writing and publishing to my heart’s content! Right now, that includes exploring Substack!
The purpose of this Substack newsletter is to provide fans of my books with a little something to tide them over while I write my next book. It brings me so much joy to have people asking me when the next book is coming out, and I feel a little bad knowing that it won’t be for many months yet; perhaps this Substack will make the long wait time a little more bearable.
